Great scanner. Does everything I expected. Easy to program with FreeScan and Radio Reference subscription.
Great product. No problems. The batteries only last a few hours so a car power adapter is a must. I purchased a universal one from Wal-Mart for about $10. It is very easy to set up. It does not come with the programming software but it was easy to find free software online (ProScan software).The cable that is included connects to a desktop computer, but a usb cable has to be purchased to connect to a laptop. I use it every day and have had no problems and it is very easy to use.

Once you obtain freescan to program it this radio is a breeze to operate and receives great.
I had some questions on programing. I sent two emails and 2 phone calls without a response. I returned the product to Wal Mart.
